Abstract:Objectives To evaluate the renal response to mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) as maintenance therapy for lupus nephritis (LN) in Japanese patients, we compared the efficacy of MMF and the sequential use of monthly intravenous cyclophosphamide (IVCY) followed by tacrolimus (TAC).
