“…When asked about their attitude towards eating healthy and routine physical activity during pregnancy, this study showed that a good percentage of the pregnant women agreed that eating healthy during pregnancy is essential while a little over half agreed with routine physical activity reducing their chances of developing GDM. Monir et al 31 while assessing the attitude of pregnant women towards eating healthy and routine physical activity during pregnancy, found out that more than half of the pregnant women maintained a meal plan during pregnancy while a little below half of them carried out physical exercise during pregnancy.
