Comparison of LigaSure Vessel Sealing System, Harmonic Scalpel, and Cold Knife Tonsillectomy

Abstract: LT and HST have shown comparable results regarding intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hemorrhage, and pain. Compared with CKT, both were associated with less intraoperative blood loss and pain.
