Comparison of Medium-Term Efficacy of Japas Osteotomy and First Metatarsal Osteotomy in the Treatment of Children With Ca-Vovarus Deformity

Abstract: Background: To compare the clinical efficacy of Japas osteotomy of the middle foot and first metatarsal sequence osteotomy in treating children with cavovarus foot deformity. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical effect of cavovarus foot surgery from January 2012 to January 2019. Thirty light and medium cavovarus foot cases underwent osteotomy based on soft tissue release.
