Comparison of Moderate and High-Intensity Interval Training for Plasma Levels of Orexin-A, Insulin, and Insulin Resistance in Women with Overweight/Obesity

Abstract: Background: This study compared the effect of moderate and high-intensity interval training on plasma levels of orexin-A, insulin, and insulin resistance in women with overweight or obesity.
