Comparison of multivariate statistical algorithms to cluster tomato heirloom accessions

Abstract: ABSTRACT. Use of multivariate statistical algorithms is considered an important strategy to quantify genetic similarity. Local varieties and traditional (heirloom) seeds of genotypes are key sources of genetic variation.
