Comparison of Plant Corrosion Test Results on Austenitic Stainless Steels with Results of Huey and Strauss Tests

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present certain data on the resistance of some of the austenitic stainless steels to corrosion by media encountered in the chemical and process industries in relation to the performance of these same steels in both the Strauss and Huey tests.
