Comparison of postoperative pain and pain control techniques in uniportal and biportal VATS and open surgery patients

Abstract: Objectives: Thoracotomy causes intense postoperative pain which may become chronic. Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) leads to less postoperative pain compared with thoracotomy.
