Abstract:Background: Psoriasis Vulgaris is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic skin inflammation and epidermal hyperplasia. Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) score is one of the assessments to measure the psoriasis severity. Oral methotrexate is one of the effective therapies for psoriasis patients.
