Comparison of Receptor-Ligand Restraint Schemes for Alchemical Absolute Binding Free Energy Calculations

Abstract: Alchemical absolute binding free energy calculations are of increasing interest in drug discovery. These calculations require restraints between the receptor and ligand to restrict their relative positions and, optionally, orientations.
