Abstract:The selection of tools, especially the use of vacutainer tubes, affects the results of the examination to determine the stability of serum from plain vacutainer with vacutainer separation gel on the quality of uric acid and glucose test results. This study used an experimental design. The study took blood samples of 3 ml each in SST vacutainer and plain vacutainer serum.
