Abstract:Background:
Vitamin B12 is an essential micronutrient, aids in synthesis of neurotransmitters, and vital for cognitive function. In the current younger population with more of electronic gadgets and scientific world seems to slow down critical thinking and impairs the trick of comprehensive subjective learning.
