Abstract:Helium ion beams with energies EHe+ = 0.12 and 4 МeV were used to irradiate samples of tungsten with a purity of 99.7%. Graphs of coefficient of the ionization, coefficient of production of phonon and vacancies are obtained. These processes occurred as a result of irradiation.
