COMPARISON OF STRUCTURAL DISRUPTIONS ON THE TUNGSTEN SURFACES WHICH INDUCED BY IRRADIATION OF HELIUM IONS BEAMS WITH ENERGIES 0.12 AND 4 MeV

Abstract: Helium ion beams with energies EHe+ = 0.12 and 4 МeV were used to irradiate samples of tungsten with a purity of 99.7%. Graphs of coefficient of the ionization, coefficient of production of phonon and vacancies are obtained. These processes occurred as a result of irradiation. The differential and integral curves of the sputtering coefficient from the surface of samples of tungsten were constructed, that allowed to determine the number of recoil atoms that reached the surface.
