“…The Cervista HPV HR assay, using 3 different oligonucleotide mixtures, subdivides 14 types of hrHPV into A5/6, A7, and A9 groups. An A5/A6 oligonucleotide probe mixture is used to detect HPV‐51, ‐56, and ‐66 (the A5/A6 group of HPV); an A7 oligonucleotide probe mixture is used for HPV‐18, ‐39, ‐45, ‐59, and ‐68 (the A7 group of HPV); and an A9 oligonucleotide probe mixture is used for HPV‐16, ‐31, ‐33, ‐35, ‐52, and ‐58 (the A9 group of HPV) . The cobas HPV test was performed to detect 14 hrHPV genotypes (HPV‐16, ‐18, ‐31, ‐33, ‐35, ‐39, ‐45, ‐51, ‐52, ‐56, ‐58, ‐59, ‐66, and ‐68) according to the manufacturer’s protocol, which specifically identifies HPV‐16/18 and concurrently detects the rest of the high‐risk genotypes as a mixed result.…”
