Comparison of the Shear bonding Strength of ION-Z GIC to a Resin Composite Using Different Adhesive Systems: RCT Study

Abstract: Background:In restorative dentistry we usually use Sandwich Technique for posterior restorations where GIC is placed below and a resin composite is placed over it. The bonding strength between these two materials are low. We are looking for the best adhesive system to put it in between.
