Abstract: IntroductionCitrus reticulata ‘Chachi’ peel (CRCP), which is named “Guangchenpi” in China, is a geographical indication product with unique flavor properties. CRCP has been used for centuries as a traditional genuine herb because of its excellent therapeutic effects.
