Comparison of Tzanakis and Alvarado scoring system in diagnosis of acute appendicitis, with Histopathology as gold standard

Abstract: Objective: To determine the diagnostic accuracy of Tzanakis and Alvarado score for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis taking histopathology as the gold standard.
