Comparison of Vascularity and Oxygen State of Experimental Tumors Using Optoacoustic Angiography and Diffuse Optical Spectroscopy

Abstract: Differences in the vessel fraction, hemoglobin content and oxygenation level of tumor xenografts are revealed by optoacoustic microscopy and diffuse optical spectroscopy.
