Comparison of vector symmetry index and endoanal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of anal sphincter disruption

Abstract: Our pilot study showed that EAUS and VSI are equally sensitive in diagnosing a localized anal sphincter defect, provided a segment-for-segment comparison is carried out.
