“…CdO powders and films have n‐type semiconducting properties, electrical resistivity in the order of 10 −2 −10 −4 Ω cm and mobility as high as μ = 146 cm 2 V −1 s −1 with N = 1.5 × 10 20 cm −3 . In addition, CdO has a high optical transmittance in the visible region of the solar spectrum along with a refractive index of 2.49 .
