Compensation Effect in the Conductive Auroral Regions of the Terrestrial Atmosphere

Abstract: Oblique incidence of small-amplitude electromagnetic wave on an anisotropic conductive collision semi-infinite turbulent plasma slab under the influence of a homogeneous magnetic field is considered.
