Competence committees: The steep climb from concept to implementation

Abstract: Introduction Competence committees (CCs) are groups of educators tasked with reviewing resident progress throughout their training, making decisions regarding the achievement of Entrustable Professional Activities and recommendations regarding promotion and remediation.
