Information technology reform is an important way for schools to realize efficient management and information technology should be introduced into the management of student registration files to accelerate the process of informationization of registration file management. This paper builds an informatization database of adult higher continuing education student registration file management based on informatization technology and carries out the design of the main business process of student registration files. The multi-layer stacked LSTM network in the ELMo model is utilized to learn the preprocessing of the text of the school records data, and the CART decision tree algorithm is improved based on the reinforcement learning mechanism in order to improve the classification prediction accuracy of the decision tree in the dataset. In order to verify the feasibility of the school registration file informationization database constructed in this paper, a test analysis is conducted for the application of data mining technology and informationization database. The results show that the check accuracy of the CART decision tree algorithm improved by the reinforcement learning mechanism is around 80%, and the throughput of this paper’s database reaches 4827ops/s when the data writing volume is 1*105GB. When the number of threads reaches 128, the throughput of this paper’s informative database is around 5486ops/s, and when the data volume reaches 12*105 entries, the database in this paper the query response time is around 602ms. Under the background of three-round education, it is necessary to fully integrate information technology with the management of school registration files, which will lead to the innovation of the informationization mode of the management of school registration files in adult higher education.

Los docentes de educación de adultos a menudo sienten falta de capacitación, carecen de una base sólida y tienen pocas oportunidades de formación continua a lo largo de sus carreras. Este estudio tiene como finalidad contribuir al desarrollo profesional de estos docentes y se desarrolla en el contexto de un Proyecto Europeo en el que participa profesorado de cuatro países: Polonia, España, Finlandia e Italia. Mediante la metodología de estudio de casos y la técnica de observación participante, los docentes han llevado a cabo el registro de la información sobre la formación que se lleva a cabo en las empresas. Han participado 19 docentes de educación de adultos y 5 empresas representativas de diferentes sectores industriales que ofrecen formación a sus empleados. Los resultados del análisis descriptivo permiten concluir que los docentes participantes valoran positivamente la reflexión sobre su práctica a partir de la observación de contextos formativos distintos a los de la enseñanza reglada. Resaltan algunos aspectos que sería importante transponer a la práctica docente. Los elementos más destacados han sido: el desarrollo de competencias personales y sociales, un planteamiento atractivo de la formación, el uso de recursos tecnológicos y audiovisuales, píldoras teóricas concretas y mayor protagonismo de la formación práctica, entre otros aspectos.

Entrepreneurial Education on Adult Learners’ Motives for Creativity in Higher Learning Institutions: A Case Study of the Institute of Adult Education

This study intended to evaluate the motives for creativity, among the adult learners’ in relation to entrepreneurial education in higher learning institutions using the Institute of Adult Education (IAE) in Tanzania as a case study. This quantitative study had applied a questionnaire survey with both closed and open-ended questions to collect primary data from a randomly selected sample of 170 respondents drawn from a study population of 291 IAE learners. With the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20, the study analysed the resultant quantitative data using t-test, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient test. The study found statistically significant differences between gender motives for creativity among adult learners resulting from the entrepreneurial education taught. Two- thirds of intrinsic components studied favoured female learners. Moreover, the study found statistically significance correlation between motives for creativity and adult learners’ perceptions in family background on entrepreneurial venture formation (M= 1.66, s = 1.728) and (M = 1.62, s = 1.505) for male and female respectively, t (168) = -0.877, p= 0.0421, α = 0.05 (p < 0.05). The study indicates a strong positive correlation between the interest of an adult learner in the entrepreneurship education taught and family background (Father and Mother) in venture formation, which was statistically significant at p < .001 (r = .685, n = 170, p = .000) and p< .001 (r = .699, n = 170, p = .000), respectively. On the other hand, the study found weak and insignificant correlations between motives for creativity (satisfying and enjoying) and family background in venture formation; instead, perception of an adult learners accounted for such a drive. The results finally indicated that the energetic group was of those aged 31-39, who were highly motivated by the entrepreneurial education taught as alternative to employment. Thus, the study recommended that entrepreneurship education must nurture and inculcate in adult learners a sense of creativity through practical and exposure to the famous and successful entrepreneurs during the course module to develop and strengthened interest, satisfaction and enjoyment.
