Abstract: Somatic hypermutations (SHMs) in the variable region (VH) of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) gene are common in diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Recently, IgH VH SHMs have become known as immunogenic neoantigens, but few studies have evaluated the prognostic impact of the frequency of VH SHMs in DLBCL.
