Complete genome sequence of triticum yellow stripe virus, a new polerovirus infecting wheat (triticum aestivum) in China

Abstract: Wheat plants with yellow stripes on their leaves were collected in Tai'an City (Shandong province, China).High-throughput sequencing analysis of the collected plants showed that they were coinfected with wheat leaf yellowing-associated virus (WLYaV) and an unidenti ed polerovirus.
