Abstract:Mycoplasma cynos
is a primary agent of pneumonia in dogs, and
Mycoplasma felis
is associated with upper respiratory tract disease in cats. We present complete genome sequences of 26 isolates from clinically affected dogs and cats. These genome sequences will facilitate new molecular and epidemiological analyses.
