Complete mitochondrial genome of the Korean endemic springtailTomocerus caputiviolaceusLee 1975 (Collembola: Tomoceridae)

Abstract: The complete mitochondrial genome of Tomocerus caputiviolaceus was sequenced and assembled. The complete mitochondrial genome is 15,519 bp in length. The mitogenome contained 37 genes, including 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNAs, and two rRNAs.
