Abstract: A 48-year-old man, a case of metastatic insulinoma, who failed transarterial chemoembolization of liver metastases underwent multiple cycles of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy with 177 Lu-DOTATATE, following which a complete morphologic and metabolic response was demonstrated on 68 Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT.
