Complete response to talazoparib in patient with pancreatic adenocarcinoma harboring somatic PALB2 mutation: A case report and literature review

Abstract: PARP inhibitors have recently emerged as a maintenance treatment option for metastatic pancreatic cancer patients with germline BRCA mutations.
