Complete Revascularization versus Culprit- Vessel Revascularization in Acute Myocardial Infarction: Six Months Follow-up

Abstract: Background: The presence of multi-vessel disease (MVD) has been reported to be associated with worse prognosis in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Identification of optimal strategies for treating such patients is the subject of considerable interest and controversy.
