Abstract:In 2020, the
Ralstonia mannitolilytica
strain JARB-RN-0044 was isolated from a midstream urine sample of an elderly hospitalized patient in Japan and was highly resistant to carbapenem (i.e., imipenem, meropenem, and doripenem).
