Abstract: The use of minimally invasive techniques for managing hallux valgus in foot and ankle surgery is expanding. Hallux valgus management would not be complete without a discussion of the Lapidus procedure. This chapter focuses on indications, contraindications, patient selection, and surgical techniques for the application of the percutaneous Lapidus procedure.
