Completely model-free determination of the level density, radiative strength functions and their main peculiarities

Abstract: Ta, 183,184,185,187 W, 188,190,191,193 Os, 192 Ir, 196 Pt, 198 Au, 200 Hg precisely reproduce the intensities of two-step cascades, density and total radiation widths of neutron resonance. For 21 nuclei cascade populating ability ∼100 of their excited levels were also reproduced.
