Complex Karyotype in Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia

Abstract: Acute Promyelocytic leukemia (APL) is characterized by t(15;17) translocation. A subset of APL patients may have additional chromosomal abnormalities, the clinical significance of which remains controversial.
