Compliance with Laws and Slaughterhouse Standards of Butcher’s Shops in North-Eastern Thailand

Abstract: The objective of this research is to study the characteristics of slaughterhouses and meat distribution of butcher's shops operating under the relevant laws, including attitudes, problems, and obstacles facing butchers in implementing the law in the north-eastern part of Thailand.
