Complicated Boerhaave’s Syndrome Managed by Conservative Treatment

Abstract: Boerhaave’s syndrome is a full-thickness perforation of oesophagus associated with vomiting and/or severe straining. It is a severe condition with high morbidity and mortality; the outcome is dependent on early recognition, prompt and effective intervention.
