Abstract:Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) - chronic systemic disease, which associates with genetic defects of immunoregulatory processes and leads to uncontrolled production of antibodies to native cells and its elements with autoimmune inflammation development. There is a case report of human intravenous immunoglobulin use in lupus patient with the multiple resistances to antirheumatic drugs and many adverse reactions of the therapy.
