Complicated severe closed chest injury

Abstract: We present an observation of severe concomitant closed chest trauma complicated by traumatic pneumonia, bilateral hemopleuritis, heart contusion, hemopericarditis, kidney contusion, post-hemorrhagic anemia. K., 61 years old, a driver, fell from the body of a car, hitting his back on the asphalt. I didnt lose consciousness. There was no hemoptysis. I was able to get to my garden plot on my own and worked there for some time. In the evening, chest pains intensified, shortness of breath appeared.
