Complications and Difficulties Encountered in the Management of a Neglected Osteoporotic Proximal Humerus Fracture

Abstract: Introduction: Osteoporosis is a known complication of prolonged steroid therapy. Osteoporotic fracture is common in such a scenario and poses several challenges in its management.
