Components, skills and training for conducting initial telephone consultations in primary care: a scoping review protocol

Abstract: The objective of this scoping review is to examine the characteristics of initial telephone consultations conducted in primary care settings and to map the existing evidence on the components, skills and training recommended for initial telephone consultations in current primary care.This scoping review will be guided by the following questions.
