Fe74.7Cr3.8P8.7C10.7Si 1.9 amorphous alloy in ribbon shape have been obtained by melt spinning with substrate velocity in the range 20-46 ms-1. Magnetic properties of as-quenched samples are studied by different techniques : the ribbon's magnetic texture by Mössbauer spectroscopy, the magnetization, coercive field and Curie temperature by investigation of B-H loops at 50 Hz. The experimental results give evidence for correlation between ribbon width and magnetic texture only
