Composite Material With Self-Sharpening Effect Obtained by Explosion Welding

Abstract

The analysis of the state of the art of obtaining wear-resistant cutting tools. The expediency of manufacturing a composite cutting tool by explosion welding is shown. The analysis of the microstructure and properties of the composite material after explosion welding and subsequent annealing is presented.
