Comprehensive assessment of the Aral Sea region children’s health conditions

Abstract: A comprehensive assessment of the health status of 757 children in the Aral Sea region was performed, by assesing the direction of their pathology based on the results of medical, clinical, laboratory, instrumental and socio-psychological studies. The distribution by health groups showed a predominance of functional abnormalities among children (group II (50.0%), group III (28.7%), and chronic diseases at the age of 11-15 years.
