Compression of Topological Fragment Spectra (TFS) for Accelerating Chemical Data Mining

Abstract: The chemical space of drug candidates is vast, and data volume in chemical databases is still getting larger. For mining such vast chemical data, accelerating data analysis is an essential issue.
