Compulsory Acquisition of Land (Private Property) in Nigeria: Prioritizing Public Interest over Private Interest

Abstract: Compulsory acquisition of land (private property) is permitted under Nigerian law, but such acquisition must be conducted in accordance with the prescriptions of law.
