Abstract: P heochromocytoma and Paraganglioma (PCPG) are rare chromaffin cell tumors that produce catecholamines (CA) and present a therapeutic and diagnostic challenge, and are associated with severe morbidity when non-diagnostic [1,2]. Pheochromocytomas and Paragangliomas are originated from adrenal tissues or extra-adrenal parasympathetic or sympathetic paraganglia, respectively [2].
