Abstract:This paper presents a simulated parametric study to investigate the thermal management of the roof panel using phase change materials (PCM). The warmth engrossing and expelling ability of PCM is utilized to regulate the warmth produced in the room. A single and double layer of the PCM was kept between the roof and concrete.
