Computational identification of Chinese cabbage anthocyaninspecific genes

Abstract: Therefore, 3,895 candidate genes related to anthocyanin biosynthesis in Chinese cabbage were identified using a 300K Brassica rapa microarray analysis. Gene expression during six stages of leaf developmental stages were examined in FC (green leaf) and FA (red leaf) Chinese cabbage cultivars. The 317 transcription factor genes found to be associated with anthocyanin were classified into 11 functional groups. The ratio of expression levels of each transcription factor between the two cultivars was examined durin… Show more

“…32 Therefore, the Bio-TFET consist to use this underlap region of length L UD as a sensitive area for biomolecules detection. 33 Biomolecules have different values of dielectric constant, e.g., DNA (k = 1-64), 34,35 streptavidin (k = 2.1), 36 biotin (k = 2.63), 36 APTES (k = 3.57) 37 and Iris antigen (k = 4). 38 Depositing a biomaterial that acts as a bioreceptor it is possible to bind target biomolecules in the L UD region.…”

“…The neutral biomolecules given in Table 1 are analyzed. The charged biomolecules are analyzed range from 3 × 10 12 /cm 2 to −5 × 10 12 /cm 2 , which includes the DNA charge ranges from −1 × 10 12 /cm 2 to −1 × 10 11 /cm 2 [9]. The dielectric of air(K=1) is considered as reference to differentiate the change in device performance parameters after exposure to different biomolecules.…”

“…where ✏ oxide oxide is the dielectric constant of oxide,✏ AlGaN is the dielectric constant and d AlGaN is width of the barrier layer, respectively, q b is the gate barrier height. The threshold voltage given in the below equation for a MOS-HEMT shows the dependence on the dielectric constant and thickness of oxide and barrier layer [9].…”
