Abstract:Deep neural networks (DNNs) have grown in popularity in recent years thanks to the increase in computing power and the size and relevance of data sets. This has made it possible to build more complex models and include more areas of research and application. At the same time, the amount of data generated during the training process of these models puts great pressure on the capacity and bandwidth of the memory subsystem and, as a direct consequence, has become one of the biggest bottlenecks for the scalability… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
