Computer-aided affinity enhancement of a cross-reactive antibody against dengue virus envelope domain III

Abstract: The dengue virus (DENV), composed of four distinct but serologically related Flaviviruses,causes the most important emerging viral disease, with nearly 400 million infections yearly.
